PAYMENT METHODS

Sentaler.com accepts the following Payment Methods: Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. Further, you may choose to pay with PayPal. When selecting this option at checkout, you will be directed to the PayPal web site to Log In and review the amount shown before clicking on Pay Now. Once the transaction is complete, you will be redirected to Sentaler.com.

Sentaler.com purchases made within Canada will be payable in Canadian Dollars (CAD), while all purchases made outside of Canada will be payable in American Dollars (USD).

Please note that your chosen credit card/PayPal account is charged shortly after you have submitted your order (whether it is an immediate order, backorder, special order or pre-order) including all duties, brokerage fees and taxes. All duties are calculated at checkout. If you wish to modify or cancel your placed order, please e-mail us immediately (within 24 hours) at info@sentaler.com as your order may be processed and shipped soon after we have received it. SHIPPING

Countries We Ship To
SENTALER ships basic FREE to Canada and all countries where the order is over $599.99 USD before tax. Couriers of our choice deliver to. Duties and taxes are not included and paid for by receiver. United States duty (18.34%), entry and brokerage fees are calculated at checkout (+/- $5-6 USD). International duties are paid for at delivery / receipt of order. For your convenience, you will be advised in the header section of Sentaler.com whether we ship to your country. Please note that this information is based on the IP address of the country you are located in while making your online order at Sentaler.com. Ultimately, SENTALER will ship your order to the address and country you provide in your online order at the check-out page.

Please note that SENTALER reviews all orders placed at Sentaler.com, and reserves the right to cancel and not ship an online order for any reason. In such instances, you will be notified via e-mail.

Courier Providers
SENTALER uses several courier providers as third party companies, to ship all Sentaler.com orders. The courier provider used depends on the country the order is being shipping to, and may be one of the following: UPS, FedEx, Canada Post, DHL or TNT. SENTALER reserves the right to select the courier provider being used for the shipment of all online orders.

For international orders (orders outside of Canada), the courier will charge the recipient all applicable duties, taxes and/or brokerage fees at the time of delivery. These duties and taxes are not reflected in the prices on Sentaler.com. Duties and taxes are assessed by the local government based on the destination. For information about duties, taxes and/or brokerage fees, you may contact your local customs office or the courier that delivers your package.

Shipping for Canadian Orders
All online orders ship from the SENTALER Showroom, located in Toronto, Ontario. SENTALER offers complimentary UPS Standard shipping on Sentaler.com orders within Canada. Further, SENTALER offers fixed UPS Rush or UPS Next Day (not available during peak seasons) shipping options (rates are displayed below and are subject to change). Rates and delivery options vary from province to province based on the remoteness and therefore limited delivery service to that particular province/territory.

For Sentaler.com online orders, you will have the option of selecting your preferred shipping method at the check-out page.

NOTE: Items which may experience a sudden increase in demand, may have a delay in delivery by up to 6 months. In such instances, we will notify you via email.

Please note that shipment re-routes and address corrections need to be immediately (within 24 hours) communicated to SENTALER via e-mail at info@sentaler.com. Such changes will likely require the cancellation of your order on our part and the placement of a new order on your part, and will effect the delivery time of your order by up to several business days. If you decide to refuse any shipments from SENTALER, you will be responsible for the original shipping charges to you and any other fees that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to SENTALER. This amount will be subtracted from your purchase refund.

Shipping for International Orders (Outside of Canada)
All online orders ship from the SENTALER Showroom, located in Toronto, Canada. SENTALER offers FREE basic shipping on international Sentaler.com orders $599.99 USD and over before tax. Once your order is received, it automatically goes through credit authorization, address verification, and processing. Once your order has been processed and shipped, the expected delivery time is 15 business days though this may vary for some countries. Please see below Order Processing Time for a better understanding of the complete order turnaround time. Should you wish to receive your online order sooner, please contact us immediately (within 24 hours) upon placing your order to inquire into other available shipping options and pricing. If you do not immediately contact us, your order will be shipped via the basic shipping method.

Order Processing Time
Orders received Monday through Friday (excluding the holiday season) are typically processed within 1-3 business days, when the item ordered is in-stock. Despite our best efforts, some discrepancy may exist between the Sentaler.com inventory and our actual inventory. Should the ordered item originally thought to be in-stock actually be out of stock, we will notify you via e-mail of the available options.

Shipment Receiving Guidelines
Once your order has been shipped and is on-route to you, you will be notified via e-mail (see Track Your Order below for details). It is your responsibility to follow the whereabouts of your package. You must be present to receive, inspect and sign (for insurance purposes) for the delivery of your package. Should your package be damaged, you must indicate the specifics of the damage to the courier delivering the package prior to signing. If the damage is not recorded, the courier company will not honour insurance claims and SENTALER will not be able to honour our Return policy.

Once you have signed for the package, it is considered that you have received the package and SENTALER has met its obligation to deliver your ordered item(s) to you. Immediately unpack all content(s) of the package to ensure that you have received the correct item(s). If there are any discrepancies, damages or shortages, they must be reported immediately (within 24 hours) to info@sentaler.com and we will take necessary action to rectify the problem. Please note that if you do not immediately notify us of any damages or shortages, then you are accepting the shipment “as is”.

TRACK YOUR ORDER

You will receive an e-mail from the applicable courier once your order has been shipped, along with the appropriate package tracking number. Using this tracking number, you may track the whereabouts of your package directly on the web site of that courier. See above Courier Providers for the list of couriers we work with. RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Returns
Whether you made the purchase online at Sentaler.com or in-store at the SENTALER Showroom, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, please return the regular priced item to the SENTALER Showroom. To receive a full refund, the purchased item must be unworn and in original condition and packaging, with the original tags attached. Sale items are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Full purchase price will be refunded, excluding any duties, brokerage and entry fees on International orders. 

Items purchased in-store at the SENTALER Showroom, must be returned to the Showroom within 14 calendar days of the date of purchase and accompanied with the original purchase receipt. Please contact us to advise us of your intent to come in to return the item.

For items purchased on Sentaler.com, you must e-mail us at info@sentaler.com within 14 calendar days of the date when you received the package, to notify us of your intention and reason for the return and to receive a Return Authorization number (RMA number must be written on the outside return label of the package, as packages without a valid Return Authorization number will not be accepted).

You are responsible for ensuring that you follow the above instructions and that the returned package is received at the SENTALER Showroom within 30 calendar days from the date the Return Authorization (RMA) number was sent to you. We will not accept returned packages that do not have our Return Authorization number or are received after 30 calendar days from the date the RMA number has been sent. NOTE: should you chose your own courier and return method ALL OF THE RISKS AND COSTS associated with the return shipment of the package are assumed by you, the person returning the package.

We require that all returns are made through a secure, insurable and trackable method. SENTALER will credit your order if not paid upfront, less any duties or brokerage fees by the carrier. The package must be received at the Showroom within 30 calendar days once SENTALER is notified and the RMA number has been sent. We will not accept returned packages once this date has passed. SENTALER is not responsible for items that become lost, stolen, or damaged in shipment as all of the risks associated with the return shipment of the package are assumed by you, the person returning the package.

If you decide to refuse any shipments from SENTALER, you will be responsible for the original shipping charges to you and any other fees that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to SENTALER. This amount will be subtracted from your purchase refund.

Once your returned merchandise has been received at the SENTALER Showroom, we will inspect the item to ensure the above return conditions have been met. We will notify you via e-mail of the status of your return, whether it has been accepted or rejected. For accepted returns, SENTALER will refund your purchase within 3 business days of receiving and accepting your return. Please note that the refund timeline depends on the payment method used for the purchase, and may depend on the credit card company’s policies. If SENTALER perceives a returned item to be damaged or worn, or if it is missing the original tags, SENTALER reserves the right to not refund you for this purchase. In such instance, SENTALER will advise you via e-mail.

Please note that limited edition, pre-ordered, special ordered and altered items may not be returned and are considered final sale.
